Golfing Elite is pleased to welcome the Killarney Golf and Fishing Club to the programme.

Set in beautiful scenery in southwest Ireland, Killarney is home to 54 holes of spectacular golf in a beautiful lakeside setting overshadowed by the MacGillycuddy mountains. The three 18 hole courses (Lackabane, Mahoney's Point and Killeen). All offer golf of an exemplary standard and all with their own distinct character.
The Killeen course is the Killarney Golf and Fishing Club's flagship course. Designed by Eddie Hackett and Billy O'Sullivan the Killarney Lakes and the MacGillycuddy Mountains provide an imposing backdrop. Having only recently undergone improvements the course is a remarkable example of Irish golf at its best. Every imaginable hazard can be found on this course from narrow fairways to water features.
Mahoney's Point designed by Sir Guy Campbell is the shortest and most scenic of the three courses. The final three holes play right along the side of the lake and the signature 18th is described as "one of the most pleasurable holes in golf". While this is the most friendly of the three courses, elevation changes and water hazards ensure there are enough dangers to spoil a good round.
Lackabane is a wide open parkland course with long fairways which make it an ideal course for the longer hitter. Water features are again abundant on this course, many of which are cleverly hidden further adding to the challenge. The course was designed by legendary golf course architect Donald Steel. Lackabane is the newest addition to Killarney having officially opened for play in 2000.
Golfing Elite Members can take advantage of Killarney's Ireland Morning Welcome package. This includes the use of shower, sauna and practise facilities prior to your round plus a traditional Irish Breakfast.
