 HOTEL VILLA PADIERNA

RECEIVE A 25% DISCOUNT OFF THE PUBLISHED GREEN FEES WHEN STAYING AT THE HOTEL VILLA PADIERNA AND FLAMINGOS GOLF CLUB

A Tuscan Palace converted into a luxury hotel. The Hotel Villa Padierna is nestled on the splendid Flamingos Golf Course. The decoration of the 35 rooms and 18 suites, the bar and restaurants reflects the traditional life of an Italian Villa.

FLAMINGOS GOLF COURSE

An 18 hole par 72 private parkland course, at 5883 metres. Designed by Antonio Garcia Garrido in 2001. A technically demanding course, particularly over the front nine holes, it requires accurate play to be successful. The fairways are narrower on the back nine holes than those at the front; the first 2 holes give an indication of what is to come. Shallow bunkers and large greens allow some scope in the approach, but a stream flows through the course and into a lake which constitutes a natural border at the 1st to 10th tees.

THE EXECUTIVE COURSE

The 9 hole course is currently being extended and the new par 59, 18 hole course will be ready for play in the middle of 2004. The Golf Academy at the Executive Course will also be opened later in the year. A driving range with over 100 individual bays, classrooms and other facilities along with a number of teaching professionals will ensure that should practice be required, highly qualified help is at hand.

Members will receive the following benefits when staying at the Hotel Villa Padierna and Flamingos Golf Club valid until 31 December 2004 (subject to availability):
