DESCRIPTION

The Cromstrijen Golf Club is set out on a self contained area of farmland bordered by motorway, road and water with scenic views over the locally surrounding farmland. The private 18-hole is complemented by a 9-hole public course. The course is flat with well contoured greens that are very tightly guarded and with tree-lined fairways, the course is not a simple as one might think on first viewing. The wind invariably blows off the Hollands Diep water making the course a stern test of accuracy from tee to green but especially so on the holes that wind their way past the man made lake. Over time the course should only improve as it matures. Make sure you spend some time in the clubhouse which is very well maintained and overlooks the course.
